So this is where I put what I'm about.
I'm the mom of 3 and the wife to 1. I just turned 31 and try to stay as physically active as my body will allow. I have been taking karate for the past 2 yrs or so…its hard to remember. I'm currently a red belt in Chinese Kenpo. My 11 yr old son has been taking classes since he was 5, and last Oct, just before he turned 11, he received his blackbelt.
In addition to the Martial Arts, I'm also a certfied cardio kickboxing instructor, a certified body pump/group power instructor, a non-certified pilates instructor, and I've done personal training and yoga as well. My newest acticity is cycling. I'm training for a 2-day, 150 mile bike ride to raise money for the American Diabetes Association. Some days I like cycling, most days i hate it. I dont think anything wil replace martial arts though.
